WE ARE TEAM
We are a group of young Sudanese men and women from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who feel a profound responsibility towards our nation and society. The civil war that erupted on April 15, 2023, has left devastating humanitarian conditions that necessitate organized efforts to mitigate the damage and prepare for post-war reconstruction.
We believe that the civil society space is a crucial platform through which we can realize our aspirations and those of future generations. One of the root causes of the ongoing civil and political conflict in Sudan, in addition to the failure of the state and the lack of balanced development, is the weakness of civil society. Therefore, strengthening and promoting civil society through organized efforts and strategic partnerships is vital to resolving the crises facing Sudan.
Through the United Civil Organization, we aim to coordinate our efforts and establish partnerships with local and international institutions. These collaborations will create an environment where we can receive training, build our capacities, and secure full sponsorship for our projects. This will enable us to address the immediate needs of the current stage and work towards a sustainable future for our nation.
